1. Time-off Management: Users can set up different time-off policies, from vacations to jury duty. Managers can also submit leave on behalf of their team in case of illnesses.
2. Holiday Management: Leaveforce provides a feature to create custom holiday lists or choose from existing public holiday lists. Holiday schedules are automatically synchronized to team members' Outlook calendars with reminders in Microsoft Teams.
3. Automation: The solution automates out-of-office messages and creates approval tasks in Microsoft To-dos or Planner. Microsoft Teams automatically sends notifications when leaves are requested, approved, or declined.
4. Insights: It provides a dashboard for employees to track their leave balances, upcoming holidays, and career milestones. Team leaders can identify employees who have yet to take much leave and may be at risk of burnout.
